How long does my order take to ship?

All products are shipped via UPS Ground. Depending on the location, most products will arrive 5-7 days from the time your order is placed.

What is your return policy? 

At this time, we do not accept any returns. However, if a package arrives broken or altered, we will gladly make it right! Please send a picture of the product with your first and last name to soakinnaturecompany@gmail.com. We will send out a new one in a few days!
